Hey I’m Aneeka

Registered Midwife, Tongue Tie Practitioner, IBCLC, Newborn Examination qualified, Hypnobirth teacher and a mother to 5 amazing children.

I have worked in 2 of London's busiest NHS Trusts for 6 years offering antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care.

I pride myself on providing families with a high level of care ensuring they are empowered in their pregnancy, labour and birth. I strongly believe that continuity is paramount in ensuring the desired and safest birthing journey.

 

I'm currently training to become a lactation consultant and I am very passionate about infant feeding as the journey does not stop after birth and can be very challenging for something so natural.

I felt the pressures of working in the NHS and deeply felt the frustrations expressed by the families I cared for not having the pregnancy, birth or postnatal and feeding experience they desired. So I birthed Aiyana “eternal blossom” Holistic Services in order to work and support families holistically. I take pride in my work and the quality of care I offer and aim to get to know each families’ individual needs, wants and situation. I use up-to-date evidence-based information to provide bespoke and tailored care packages to suit each family.

    Bachelor of Science Midwife

  • Advanced Tongue Tie Practitioner Programme

    Advanced Clinical Skills in Tongue Tie (Ankyloglossia) Management Level 7

  • International Board of Certified Lactation Consultants

  • CB: Examination of the Newborn Level 6

  • KG Hypnobirthing Teacher Training Diploma
